With the Big Green Egg app, you can easily create your own menus or get inspired by the chef’s tastiest recipes. For ambitious EGGers, there’s also the Big Green Egg Academy, where you’ll learn from the master.

CREATE YOUR OWN MENU You can create your own menu very easily with the app. You choose a basic product, and the app will then indicate how to prepare this, and which other preparation options there are.

- Select your product.
Do you feel like smoking salmon this weekend? In that case, you simply search for ‘salmon’, and you’ll immediately see what the core temperature has to be. You then choose which cooking technique you want to use. Would you like to smoke with wood chips? Or perhaps you’d prefer quick & easy grilling? It’s all possible.

- Select your favourite seasoning and flavouring.
For each cooking technique, we’ll indicate which herb combinations go well with it. Will you opt for Asian flavours, for example, or Mediterranean flavours instead?

- Select tasty side dishes.
You then select your favourite side dishes, from grilled aubergine and roasted pepper to creamy potatoes. You can immediately save your favourite menus in the app for the next time.

OR STEAL FROM THE CHEF..
Would you rather make an entire recipe from the chef? That’s also possible.
